Returns & Exchanges Policy – Dhruv Electronics

We at Dhruv Electronics value your trust and strive to provide you with the best quality products. Please read our Returns and Exchanges policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
– Products are eligible for return or exchange only if they are defective, damaged, or not functioning as described.
– Returns or exchanges must be requested within the return window mentioned on your invoice.
– Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.


2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
– Items damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or unauthorised repairs are not eligible.
– Consumable and seasonal/festival items (e.g., batteries, fuses, Diwali decorative products, or any festive-related items) are not covered under returns or exchanges.
– Products purchased during special clearance sales or discounted offers are not eligible unless defective.


3. Process for Returns & Exchanges
– Customers must notify us via Toll-Free Call (📞 1800-123-2099), WhatsApp, or Email within the return window as mentioned on the invoice.
– Our support team will review your request and guide you through the process.
– Once approved, you may need to ship the product back to us or arrange a pickup (where available).
– A replacement will be shipped after inspection, or a return will be processed as per eligibility.


4. Warranty Claims
– Most products come with a 15-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
– Warranty claims require a valid invoice and product serial number.
– Repairs or replacements under warranty will be provided free of cost; however, shipping charges may apply.


5. Refunds (if applicable)
– Refunds are only provided if a replacement is not possible.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection.


6. Shipping Costs
– If the return is due to defect, damage, or wrong item delivered, Dhruv Electronics will bear the shipping charges.
– For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


7. Exchange Policy
– Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.
– If the requested product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product of equal value or request a refund (where eligible).
